- How long is the free trial period?
The free trial period lasts 30 days for each new user and NOT for each account created. If you create 10 accounts you will not have 30 x 10 = 300 trial days but always 30. So please do not create more than one Overcharts account unless you really need it.
- Are historical and real-time data also provided with subscription plan?
No, Overcharts and Data-Feed are two separate things. The subscription plan gives access to Overcharts platform and all its features. To have historical and real-time data, you must sign up for a subscription with a data-vendor or open an account (demo or real) with a broker.

- Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time without waiting for it to expire. When purchasing a new subscription plan (any duration), the remaining days of the old plan will be converted to the new plan using the following formula: [REMAINING DAYS of Old Plan] * [PRICE of Old Plan] / [PRICE of New Plan]. The prices used for the conversion are the standard prices (without promotions) based on the initial duration of the old plan.
- What is the payment currency?
All prices are expressed in dollars, but payment is made in euros. At the time of payment, the total in dollars is converted into euros by applying the current exchange rate.
- Does the subscription plan automatically renew?
No, our subscription plans do NOT automatically renew. Upon expiration, if you wish, you will have to manually renew your plan by subscribing for an additional period. This gives you maximum control over your subscription plan.
