The list affects data loading and charts displaying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Access holidays lists<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can access holidays lists in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> From <em>Overcharts main window<\/em> &gt;<em> <strong>Instrument<\/strong><\/em><strong>s <\/strong>Tab &gt; <em><strong>Holidays <\/strong><\/em>button<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> From <em>Overcharts main window<\/em> &gt; <strong><em>Instruments<\/em><\/strong> menu &gt; <em>Holidays<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Create or Modify an holidays list<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create\/modify an holidays list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Access holidays list<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Select the list to edit and press <strong>Edit<\/strong> button, or press <strong>New<\/strong> button to create a new one<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3<\/strong>. Define the list <strong>unique name<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Add\/Edit the holidays by pressing the corresponding button in the configuration window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>For each holiday, set or change the following properties:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Date<\/strong>: Represents holiday date<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Type<\/strong>: Represents the filter type to apply to the data on defined date. Possible values:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>Full Session<\/em><\/strong>: filter is applied to the entire session even if the session is split between two days (eg. CME)<\/li><li><strong><em>Full Day<\/em><\/strong>: filter is applied from 00:00 to 24:00 of defined date<\/li><li><strong><em>Late Open<\/em><\/strong>: indicates a change in the session start time on defined date<\/li><li><strong><em>Early Close<\/em><\/strong>: indicates a change in the session end time on defined date<\/li><li><strong><em>Range<\/em><\/strong>: represents a range of hours within the defined date<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Starting Time<\/strong>: Represents the late opening time or range start time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ending Time<\/strong>: Represents the early closing time or range end time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Description<\/strong>: holiday description (eg: Christmas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Repeat date for x years<\/strong>: By indicating an integer value between 1 and 10 you can massively enter the date for x consecutive years<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to use it<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#cce9f5\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can <strong>set<\/strong> the holidays list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>In the exchange configuration<\/em><\/strong>: in this case, all instruments belonging to the exchange will inherit its holidays list by default.<\/li><li><em><strong>In the chart configuration<\/strong><\/em>: in this case, the holidays list will only affect the chart loading \/ displaying.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em><em>Overcharts already contains some preconfigured holidays lists. Preconfigured-lists properties can be modified by the user, but if you modify them, any future property updates will NOT be applied.<\/em><br>You can restore the default configuration of a preconfigured list at any time by selecting the list from holidays lists and pressing the <strong>Restore Standard<\/strong> button.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For each exchange you can define the list of public holidays, i.e. the dates on which the exchange is closed.
