The window will open directly in the <strong>Subscription<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2)<\/strong> In the <strong>Subscription<\/strong> section, click <strong>SUBSCRIBE NOW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3)<\/strong> In the <strong><em>New Subscription Plan<\/em><\/strong> section, select the <strong><em>Subscription Plan<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>Duration<\/em><\/strong>. The longer the duration, the lower the price. For the best savings, select a <strong>12-month<\/strong> duration. If the chosen plan includes a maximum number of data feeds (e.g., the <strong><em>2 Data-Feeds<\/em><\/strong> plan), select the data feeds you wish to connect to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4)<\/strong> If you have a Promo Code, enter it by clicking the ADD PROMO CODE button. <em>The discount will be applied to the subscription&#8217;s list price<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5)<\/strong> Enter all required <strong>Billing Information<\/strong>: <em>First Name<\/em>, <em>Last Name<\/em>, <em>Address<\/em>, <em>State<\/em>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6)<\/strong> Read and accept the <strong>Terms of Service<\/strong> and the <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7)<\/strong> Click <strong>CHECK AND CALCULATE<\/strong>. All entered data will be checked for errors. At this stage, the total amount (including taxes) will be calculated and displayed in both Dollars and Euros (<em>note that prices are expressed in dollars, but payment is made in Euros. At the time of payment, the dollar amount will be converted to Euros using the current exchange rate<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8)<\/strong> If there are no errors, click <strong>SEND ORDER<\/strong> to send the order, or EDIT to change the entered data before sending the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9)<\/strong> After submitting the order, click <strong>PAY NOW<\/strong> to proceed with payment. Your browser will open to show <strong>Stripe<\/strong>&#8216;s payment page (our payment gateway). Complete the payment by choosing one of the available methods (Credit Card, Debit Card, or others) and entering the relevant details.<br><em>The payment process is entirely managed by Stripe. The entered data (card number, etc.) are not accessible to us in any way and are not stored on our servers. These data are handled exclusively by Stripe.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10)<\/strong> If necessary, after completing the payment, click <strong>REFRESH<\/strong> to update the window. All data will be automatically populated based on the current subscription information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3)<\/strong> If you need to change your plan, proceed with the modification. NOTE: You can change data feeds a LIMITED number of times, depending on the duration of your subscription plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To change data feeds, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1)<\/strong> Access the <strong>Account Settings<\/strong> window by clicking the <strong><em>Account<\/em><\/strong> button in the top right corner of the main Overcharts window, then select <strong><em>My Subscription<\/em><\/strong> from the menu. The window will open directly in the <strong>Subscription<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2)<\/strong> Click the <strong>Change Data-Feeds<\/strong> button on the right side of the section where the active data feeds are listed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3)<\/strong> Select the data feed you want to change and the new data feed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4)<\/strong> Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Redeem a Prepaid Subscription<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To redeem a prepaid subscription, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1)<\/strong> Access the <strong>Account Settings<\/strong> window by clicking the <strong><em>Account<\/em><\/strong> button in the top right corner of the main Overcharts window, then select <strong><em>My Subscription<\/em><\/strong> from the menu. The window will open directly in the <strong>Subscription<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2)<\/strong> Click <strong>REDEEM A PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3)<\/strong> In the window that opens, enter the redemption code provided to you and click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4)<\/strong> Two possible scenarios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you do <strong>NOT<\/strong> have an active subscription, proceed to step 5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have an <strong>active subscription<\/strong> and the plan differs from the one being redeemed, choose whether to convert your plan to the one being redeemed or vice versa. <strong><em>The conversion will adjust the plan duration based on the price difference between the two plans.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5)<\/strong> If the subscription plan includes a maximum number of data feeds, select the data feeds you wish to connect to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6)<\/strong> Enter all required Billing Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7)<\/strong> Read and accept the <strong>Terms of Service<\/strong> and the <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8)<\/strong> Click <strong>CHECK AND CALCULATE<\/strong>.
